Only thing that keeps me from eating them is the calories.

Always going to be people that are tough when they hide behind their computers. Now with that said, I've "unfriended" some people or just not posted an answer simply because they whine to get sympathy ("my parents hate me", "why does my family buy fatty foods", etc.).

A zillion calories? I had a snickers mini yesterday.
-
Sounds like crap (no pun intended) to me.
-
Well that meal doesn't total 1200. Not sure what you're asking.

Playing on MFP, watching Little League World Series-Indiana. Looking to find the Dolphins game.

I got a cheapo digital scale from Walmart. Tells my weight and that's all I'm asking for.

When I was in high school and weighed 97 pounds, my thighs rubbed together. Some people have a gap, some don't. Just the way it is.

Love sports, hate pink.

I log stuff as soon as I eat it. I will even check calorie content before I eat stuf-helps me make better choices. I'll use my computer or phone.

Some keep it for personal or professional reasons. Doesn't mean its disrespectful or they aren't over an ex. (P.S.-You can tell by the responses who has never been married/divorced)

No you don't have to eat all those calories. Sometimes you'll go over, sometimes you'll be under. Just aim to keep it around that amount. Good luck!

I do it to have a rocking body again. Plain and simple.

That depends. There is no hard, concrete answer.

Yeah it's tough to fit in. I would invest in DVD's, especially since the kids are little and your husband works a lot. Take the kids to the park and run around with them. Helps them burn off energy and gets your exercise in, too! Workout on your lunch hour. If it's too hot at lunch (like here in Florida), try getting in a…

WOW! That is amazing. Congrats on the anniversary and the weight loss.

Def a rip off! I agree that it's full of trophy wives.

Don't try to over think it. Just plug in your current weight, level of activity (be honest!), how fast you want to lose (no more than 2 lbs per week to be safe) and how much exercise. MFP will then give you the amount of calories recommended you need to eat to lose. Then it will up to you.

45! Add me if you want.

I'm lazy about it too. I get it cut about every 3-4 months on average, sometimes I go longer. I have long hair so it's not a problem going a while.

I like my Airborne/OJ cocktails.

Manager is an idiot. Yes running is a great exercise, but what you are doing works, too! If you want to try running, slowly build up to it. There is no exercise law that says you have to run to lose weight or become fit.

I love this site and check it a LOT.

1250. That's for losing 1lb a week. I thought about 2 a week, but I would be STARVING.
-
Measure our portions. Don't just blindly fill the bowl.
-
Some days it seems like it's impossible to keep under my 1250 per day, sometimes it's easy. Like everything else in life there are good/bad days.

I'll be watching them! Looking forward to the opening ceremonies. Not on till 9:00 pm EST. I'm planning on coloring my hair before they start. An exciting Friday night. haha

ALWAYS send a follow up email thanking them for the interview. Do it within 12 hours. If they offer you something to drink, take it. You will get nervous and dry mouthed. Also, it is a good stall technique when you are trying to answer questions. Don't worry about job hopping. I'm 45 and in my chosen profession…
