I had the same question, I have a pedometer built into my Ipod Nana and it tells me distance, steps and calories. I did the BMR under MFP apps and it told me that my body, doing nothing all day burns so many calories, and I am eating a little under that. So should I not count my pedometer calories as exercise?

Thanks, I actually found some nice trainers on Itunes podcast for free. I just download them to my Ipod and it tells me when to run and walk, just did D1 W1 and I feel great! I will have to check this site out though.

so I read through a little, but in my case, this picture I chose is my whole self but on the thumbnail it only shows the middle, I wish there was an option like Facebook to choose what you want your thumbnail to show.

I have heard awesome things about Cto5K and have already been shown up by my 3 nephews, all under 15. lol. I do not have a smart phone or smart Ipod either, it just counts steps. Is there somewhere that I can find this work out?

I did the 17 day diet and enjoyed it, my only issue was that I almost passed out in the second cycle. Make sure you are eating enough! I ate until I wasn't hungry, but some days I am now realizing was only a total of 700 calories. It is a great way to ween yourself off of sugar and understand how to eat healthy, but please…
