I only log exercise minutes, not calories. I'd log anything I do at the gym but not things I do daily as part of my routine like walking to the bus stop. If I go out for a walk, I'd log that but I don't log cleaning even though I wouldn't necessarily do that daily. I do log minutes spent shopping though :) Hey, its walking…

I allow myself treats a few times a week but nothing too crazy. I don't do cheat meals though... usually when I go over my cals its because of alcohol intake rather than food. I log everything though except for vegetables (most days). I wouldn't have such a large cheat meal once a week. I'd maybe have one of those elements…

29... only in my 20s for a while longer but always up for new friends :)

In for puppies.

I'd wrap it in a papertowel or something and stick it in my bra. I usually put mine on the outside under my left arm and not in between the chesticles. I also have a pair of running shorts that has a zipper pocket that I have found handy on occasion for holding my ipod/iphone.

You found me! I'm on day 163 of logging, I think! I am in stage 1 of NROL4W (AND LOVING IT!) and I'm in university part-time while working full-time. Feel free to add me :)

I have no idea what half that stuff is BUT good on you for finding a balance! Thats the key to sticking with a plan, self deprivation is not! Congrats on the loss!
-
Exactly. I've had 0 babies and don't look as good as you do.

Bump for more awesomeness! Just started lifting so this is inspiring!

Saving for later :)

I'm in! SW (June 1st): 175lbs CW: 175lbs GW: 170 I plan on running a mile as a warm up 3 days a week, so 3 miles a week total. Nothing too crazy but I'm focusing on strength and weightlifting so my cardio is a warm up not a workout, right now. I'll weigh in tomorrow as today is a rest day :)

Hi! Wedding: Oct 4/14 Height: 5'4" CW: 175lbs GW: 140lbs I don't have a dress yet but have my eye on one and just can't wait to be able to try her on (sample size 10, currently I'm a 14)

Eat more. Up your calories by 100 a week, if you're not comfortable just going all in to a more reasonable number. Look up Eat More to Weigh Less and In Place of a Road Map. If you're weight training you need more protein and calories for energy. Whatever you do give it 6 weeks before you decide its not working anymore.

Congrats, you look amazing! ETA: I'm 5'4" and 175 hoping to get down to 140 so this is really inspirational! Thank you for posting!

Shes right it is a professional relationship and if she is unable to treat you with respect and dignity (i.e belittling you in a gym full of people) then you should definitely find a new trainer. She sounds like a nut. Maybe speak with the gym manager about your situation and see if they can match you up with someone who…

Ditto. I also agree with lifting weight if you're looking for more muscle definition. You look great though!

Love em both, they make me feel awesome! Lunges on the other hand are the devil.

Everyone looks amazing! Bump for more :flowerforyou:

I'm guessing that there are a few things here that need tweaking: 1) your calorie burns appear to be estimated by MFP - which are usually REALLY high compared to actual burns from an HRM - there is no exact science but MFP estimates are always REALLY REALLY high 2) you're not eating enough - check out In Place of a Road…

Rockafellar Skank - FatBoy Slim always makes me run faster when I think I'm going to give up! Also, Blurred Lines - Robin Thicke and Pharell keeps me dancing and energized :)

I'd skip the slim fast and get whey protein if you're looking to do shakes. I have a protein shake every morning (the powder is 120 cals, 25 grams of protein by LeanFit) and it keeps me full until 11 or so when I have a snack. I don't miss eating breakfast as these are so delicious. I use a scoop of protein powder…

Today is my 150th day of logging :) I'm pretty proud (and dedicated). I have about 35lbs left to lose and typically it comes off SUPER SLOWLY so I'll be here for a while. I'm 27, engaged (getting married October 2014) and work as a public servant. I enjoy going to the gym for cardio and recently began the New Rules of…

You can add me if you'd like, I log daily :) I'm 5'4", 175 with a goal of 18% BF (approx 140lbs). The scale is not your friend, get a measuring tape and learn how to use it to see true progress :flowerforyou:

Oooh the Arc is great too!

Elliptical machine! My favourite is the Precor 100i because there are different motions you can do to work different muscle groups :) I'm not a huge fan of running but I'll do it but I'd prefer the elliptical any day!

May 8th 2012 - While we were on vacation in Paris at the top of the Eiffel Tower with champagne while a friend took pictures! :) ETA: This was the end of over trip and I looked like total garbage and was my highest weight. I'm down 20 pounds since then though and my ring is 2 sizes too big. Wedding date is October 4th,…

Agreed. You're not eating enough to fuel those workouts so your body is hanging on to what it can. Up your calories (gradually if you prefer) and keep doing what you're doing. Maybe by 100 a week until you reach 1400 or 1500. Also, search the forums for "in place of a road map" and take a read. It worked for me!

Exactly.

Great results! Bump for more :)

Bumping for later!
