  • I generally eat what I want, just in a more appropriate fashion. I have pretty much cut out ice cream though, which I occasionally miss. However, when I do eat it now (in moderation), it tastes AWESOME.
  • Easiest way to do it is what most folks have said: measure and put it in as a recipe. I usually measure everything by weight, as most products give serving sizes in terms of grams, which is really accurate.   • Usually one day on my weekend ends up being a cheat day (conveniently, usually the day I weigh in in the morning :D). I keep it pretty close to the goal during the week, but I find I progress more smoothly and happily if I blow it once a week.
