I post everything I eat on instagram with calorie count. EatingToLose150. Come follow me!! It really does help me to see what I've eaten. AND it stops you from just scarfing it down...you have to stop and take a picture. I do also track everything in MFP.

My first thought, as others have posted was that people often times don't feel comfortable on pointing out weight loss (or gains for that matter). Good job!! If you see it, that is what matters!

I am doing c25k and i log it as walking (at whatever mph) and then jogging in place, I know it isnt accurate. It is however as close as I can get right now... I really wish they would expand their exercise database.

[Dr. Hoffman is actually handling my case. He is commited, and the whole reason he couldnt go was because today was his last day of work before he goes on summer break. No biggie I guess, Ill just use this time to keep doing what I am doing, losing weight naturally. :) Thanks for the support.

Value, my doctor requires that the person who goes with you to the seminar also goes with you to the initial consult.... They ACTUALLY take a copy of the ID's of those attending because of ppl in the past going and saying they were "with" people. Crazy I know, but thats the doctors policy.

I would go...but because someone has to be there (its documented in your file), Id have to go again with someone @ the next seminar anyway. So that pushes me to the end of june.

Thank YOU for all of the responses. Im not eating low fat/fat free...just healthier and on a regular schedule. Im really working hard on not eating late anymore, like nothing past 6 or 7.
