Another thing, have you thought about starvation mode? When you don't eat enough calories you put your body into starvation mode and its very hard to lose weight like that. Your body will hold onto whatever you put into it. That may also be why your not seeing progress. You should really have at least 1200 calories a day…

Instead of those shakes for breakfast try to keep some hard boiled eggs in the fridge and have those, I have 2 every morning without the yolks. it's much healthier than those shakes. For snacks try carrot sticks or other veggies or maybe some sliced fruit. Don't just think about the calories, think about really really…

Thanks for all the tips <3 :happy: One thing I do love is green tea and I like to drink it when I think I'm hungry but I'm most likely thirsty. Either way it helps with cravings and is delicious! Super healthy too :)

Well I kind of backtracked this year and gained 20 pounds at college :'( freshman fat haha! but i guess since i got home like 3 weeks ago iv been able to lose weight just by eating normal healthy food and not going to a dining hall (all you can eat) anymore

Deff look at the 100 calorie snacks :) im a chocoholic and I lovvveeee the oreo thins. they also have other cookies and things. Dark chocolate isn't that bad either, just eat the serving size recommended. I also like the quakers chocolate rice cakes omg sooo good.

I absolutly love to ride my bike and it's a great thigh workout. I usually go to this resiviour by my house which is 5 miles long. And once I'm done my legs feel like rubber haha. Honestly before I used this website I was basically dieting blind. I didn't know where to start, what was bad and what was good, what to look for on labels and other things. I just use this website to keep myself on track and rly learn whats in the foods im eating and whats causing me to not lose weight. DON'T BOTHER USING…

Thanks for all the input. I don't exercise much right now like i used to. as soon as i move into our new house i'll get my Dance Your *kitten* off DVD out and start using it again to help stay under. i'll take your advice and go for a walk now that it's getting nicer out :)

Wow this morning I had one of the worst migrains! Your not alone. Just make sure you drink plenty of water to make sure your not dehydrated! It might be a good idea to take some vitamins too.
