I'm 5"1...I just feel like I need to shake about 50 lbs off. I'm currently at 185. Heaviest was at 209. But I seem to keep recycling the same 5-10 lbs. Im in a funk.

I too recommend Aria Womens protein shake by Desginer Whey...www.designerwhey.com also sold in stores. I love the chocolate. Its acutally the kind I have tried. It is so smoooothe with Silk Almond unsweetened soy milk. Easy to prepare in a Blender Bottle..at home or on the go!

Yes Tuesdays and Wednesdays are good days to buy airfare. Try Southwest and they usually have their city of the week posted on Tuesday also!

Have you just tried walking outside on a trail at the park or around your neighborhood for starters. Maybe if you haven't, you can start there and then work up to the treadmill. Also have you tried the elliptical machine? I have one at home..hated it until this week. My husband bought it for my my birthday over 3 years ago…

Oh yeah! Day 1 First thing in the A.M. I'm feeling good. Up early, out the door to the grocery store for fruits at work, took the stairs (as that is a big accomplishment), and on time to work!! Wooohooo! Go me! Now to eat this fruit and drink my H2O...until later peeps!
