My husband eats the last of my skinny cows...sigh makes me mad when he ate the last one, leaves the package on the counter and doesn't breath a word about. Grrrr. Drives me insane..grr

Oh I don't have a problem getting the water in...is the sweets that I need to stay away from...hits me hard at ovulation time, which is now, not so good.

Nell sports bra? Never heard of it. Do you wear it is a regular bra or just while you workout? For $64 I would get all my monies worth and for that price they better perk up the girls too lol

I tried the low sodium sprouted kind last night (bought at Whole Foods). I toasted it and made a sandwich. I enjoyed the meat so much, I don't even remember tasting the bread. Def not cardboard!

Oh my--I just vowed to back away from the exercise. I think I am screwing myself up with my calories in and then exercise calories. I was going to just take this week off to see how just food played and no exercise worked for me...I'm all confused.

Same for me! Had it happen to me this week because I had the strap on already from an earlier workout, I didn't think to take it off and re wet it; I had no reading until I did.

**** the front door!!!! You look amazing. I'm struggling with 50 lbs, lost 29 since April 2011, kept recycling the same 10 for six months but I'm on a new mission to lose and ton so my stretchmarks aren't so unsightly. Great job on your progress

Funny I should just come across this post as I just put my elliptical time in and they Cal's were almost 200 higher than my HRM. Of course I went with my HRM. I don't even set the info on the ellpitical. I advise like others to get you a HRM.
