The kipping pullups are kind of hilarious. All that said, Rich Froning, the 4 time champ is pretty impressive, especially winning all three events on the final day.

If there really isn't a scoop in there, use a 1/4 measuring cup and just weigh it. Had to start weighing mine as a serving of my protein powder is 37g, but when I scoop it, it can weight well over 50g.

My wife makes more the moment, as I'm currently under employed. When both fully employed we make about the same, as we do that same thing. Not too much to handle as most bills are directly withdrawn from our checking accounts. She handles the small stuff that actually requires a written check like the kids school fees.

A cup of black coffee. No matter what I ate for breakfast I was still hungry 30 minutes later. Now I drink a cup of coffee around 7 am and am good until my first meal sometime between 11 and 12.

I don't view a cheat day or cheat meal as the opportunity to eat something of which I've been depriving myself. I use it as a metabolism boost. After a few weeks on a consistently low calorie diet, if I start to struggle completing a couple consecutive workouts, I'll have a "Cheat Meal". To me that will not mean unlimited…

As exciting as it is, Chicken Breast. It is almost entirely protein so it doesn't really mess with your other macros. Don't buy the hype about nuts and protein. YEs they have protein but as a % of the calories they are a poor source.

Exactly. Muscle grows during rest and recovery. If you over train you never give them time to repair and grow, they are in a constant state of breakdown.

All depends on my macros. Don't have too many fat grams to spare now so only 1 yolk and 4 whites today. Saving the fat for things like ribeye steak.

7 days, with the 7th day mostly stretching/Yoga. Currently more cardio oriented workout for then next two months then primarily a lifting routine for 3 months after that.

My wife gained close to 50 with our first. She started retaining water like crazy the last week or so and put on 10 pounds. She gained 35 with the second, both weighed in at over 8 pounds.

Like others have said it's about personal preference. When I ate three meals a day with 2 decent snacks I was hungry constantly, I now just eat twice a day and fewer calories and the constant hunger pangs have gone.

I had never heard of the series until the Tom Cruise movie came out last year, then proceed to read all 17 books in the series over the last 5 months or so. Good stuff.

Exactly. I make it for my wife every morning for breakfast because she says it keeps her full and it's easy to make. She hasn't lost a pound simply by eating it as the rest of her diet sucks. She doesn't have tons of energy, as the rest of her diet sucks! Not a magic bullet by any means.

I don't really eat much fast food. The whole fits in your macros thing is fine but the majority of if lacks any micronutrients. You know, the vitamins and minerals we all need to survive. I only eat white rice, but then again my wife is Chinese and I think my mother in law would laugh at the suggestion of brown rice. Her family eats tons of white rice daily and no one has diabetes or is overweight.
