Can't stand NO-Explode! Tastes like crap and doesn't mix well, and you aren't supposed to use a shaker for it either. I chucked a whole tub after 2 tries. I switched to Purple Wraath, mixes and taste much better. But like anything you need to try it for yourself.

I love them, depending on the flavor that is. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Rocks! I have a box of that and peanut butter delivered to my door every month!

I plan my meals the day before and it just makes it so easy to just copy my breakfast and lunch from one day to the next. I makes it easier to grocery shop as I know I just need a few things. Dinner is generally different as my wife and kids like variety.

Since you have Ab Ripper, try ab ripper x, from P90X, it really focuses on the lower abs.

My wife was holding the bag, so odds were that dropped Dorito was the only one I was going to get.

We were camping once, and I ate a Dorito I dropped on the ground. On to dirt actually. My sister-in-law thought it was the grossest thing ever. Can't let a good Dorito go to waste, and a little dirt never hurt anyone!

Good Luck! My only advice would be to do Classic Version. The program was designed that way and the Lean version was just a last minute after thought. You'll get better results with the Classic program but remember it takes women longer to see results. So it may be more like P120X. Tim

Been doing it 2 weeks. Adding it to my P90X workouts. Insanity was just too brutal for me to do every day so really love this program so far.

NFL, but I went to Illinois and we stopped playing competitive football years ago so can't really get into college football other than as a passive fan without a team to really root for.

Two weeks into my first round of P90X I was up 5 pounds. Just make sure you're calories are accurate. Weigh your lean meats and if you're calories are correct then just give it time.

My standard, which i eat most days is 2 eggs, 4 whites, and tons mushrooms. Depending how I feel I throw in two slices of preecooked Oscar Mayer bacon, 54 calories and a slice of cheese. Today was actually 6 eggs cheese and bacon. Tim

290 beats/ minute is more than 4 per second. Not sure you can possibly count that fast. Use a HR monitor next time for better accuracy

Like others have said, consult a doctor. If you're fine then remember that most people quit way too early. they don't realize that they can do more than they think. Muhammad Ali was once asked how many situps he does. He said he didn't know becuase he didn't start counting until it started to hurt.

I eat the same calories everyday, but workout 7 days a week. Some days are more intense than others. I also workout after dinner so to wait until then to have exercise calories to consume seems odd.

I hear what you're saying but an oreo milkshake doesn't really have hidden calories. It's a milkshake with oreos. LOL!

50 oz.? It's not even 10:30 and I've had that much deit pepsi already. I drink 3 times that easily a day. I've never quit. I've stopped for a short period of time many times and usually just drink a ton of water during the day and it's fine. No headaches or anything. Yes I drink too much of it, but it's my one real vice.…
