Men who are: Tall, tanned, ripped (but not too veiny) short dark hair, goatee, blue eyes, tats, cowboy/work boots, concert t's and who love classic rock, classic hot rods, getting greasy under a hood, cuss like a sailor, not afraid to be completely silly and has a great rapport with kids.

My favorite brand of dark chocolate? The kind I can get in my mouth the fastest, LOL! Seriously though, Hershey's is good, Lindt, awesome. Can't go too wrong with any of them though :)

I don't mind trying any foods, but any acidic foods like citrus, or things like peppers are off limits, as I'll be curled up in a corner crying in pain. Goals for me to slowly add the weight but watch my form. I'm going to set up my camera to record next sesh to see how it looks. Want to at least double what I did today (30) by the end of the month. I can probably DL more but haven't tried yet. This is only my 3rd day with SL :)

Super newbie here! I am only on my 3rd day, started with 20 lbs across the board (I had no idea what I was doing) so today, did 30 all, squats, OHP and Rows. I'm working it very, very slowly until I'm sure of my form.

I've been eating tons of eggs too, fried, scrambled, hard boiled....doesn't matter, at least 2 a day if not more.

I'm about where you are, I literally just started 5x5 on Wednesday and started with 25 (it was already on my bar.) I could probably do more but I'm too worried about hurting something important right now, lol.

Yeah I've had issues in the past with iron, so I assumed that may be the culprit there. Glad to know I'm not the only one who feels this icky! I don't usually have a long cycle anymore, (thankfully) maybe 3-4 days then it's over. Thanks for the help ladies!!!
