I also put a corset in the back of my dress because of a surprise baby growing in my belly. lol

How long have you been exercising for? Sometimes when you first start a heavy routine your body will retain water to protect the muscles and you will gain and maintain until your body gets used to the new workouts. The scale should catch up but I highly suggest doing measurements.

I am also ready to take on the challenge but I do have a couple questions. Can I start out just walking everyday for an hour? Also do we just log our exercise into MFP so that you can see that we did an hour of exercise?
