This is my first tattoo, got it in 2014. I planned for it to be my reward for hitting goal weight but that wasn't in the cards back then. My new goal reward is also more tattoos and definitely plan to hit that goal. I have some ideas for a sleeve I'd like to start. Image in spoiler code because I'm a dork and want to save…

@stm712015 and @ashcky Thank you so much! That makes me feel a lot better about the gain. <3

I actually added exercise last week whereas before I wasn't working out. I do daily crunches/pushups/squats and I walk on the treadmill. Started pretty sedentary and out of shape, so I'm adding a little more each week.

SW: 237.6 W1: 234.4 W2: 232 W3: 227.6 W4: 230.4 Not sure what happened this week. I had such a great feeling about the weigh-in. I didn't even indulge on Thanksgiving - I stayed within all calorie limits, my macros were on point, and I drank a gallon of water every day. I'm thinking it's just normal fluctuation on keto I…

I do have a separate spreadsheet that I keep outside of MFP that tracks weekly starting weight, a goal weight for that weight (-2 lbs), actual ending weight, % of my starting body weight lost that week and total for a 4 week period. At the top I have total loss in lbs and % body weight, as well as current BMI. Just the act…

My goal for today is to restart my habit of doing 1 30 min Leslie Sansone walk video a day - lacing up my shoes now.

Feel free to add me. That goes for others as well. :)

I love reading all these NSVs! I hit one today. I pulled on some fresh jeans, directly out of the dryer. Now usually, this task fills me with dread because it takes an act of Congress to get them buttoned, and then I'm miserable because they're cutting me in half the entire day. I've been too stubborn to buy a larger size…

23 days in, 10 lbs down. Not water weight either because I lost 13.2 in the several months before that just counting calories and dropping sodas.

I'm feeling so much better. For months, I've just been down, both mentally and physically. I hit an all new high weight this year. As many of you probably can attest - 2016 SUCKS! Anyway, I started keto on Nov 1st, so I'm in the 4th week now. I had the keto flu for around 4-5 days, felt nausea and dizziness that was…

I second this, though I won't be celebrating a huge Thanksgiving this year. Enjoy yourself, don't eat an ENTIRE pie, and just Treat Yo Self! :D

SW: 237.6 W1: 234.4 W2: 232 W3: 227.6 Total loss for challenge: 10 lbs <3 I'm so excited about this week's weigh in. I'm down 4.4 from last week! I'm back down in the 220s. I think I do a little jig everytime I get into a new set of 10s. Going into week 4 (also week 4 of keto for me) strong. I've also started using…

Down 2.4 lbs from last week (W1 - 234.4; W2 - 232) I expected to lose more, but it's that TOTM, and I haven't been able to sleep well the last 2 nights (was up all night then napped sporadically). Going to work hard on getting my water every day this coming week and get back on a better sleep schedule. I think I'm getting…

Why I want to drop the weight (not "lose" as I never plan to find it again!): To feel less like a stranger in my own body To gain confidence and a more positive body image To be around longer for my daughter To decrease dosage or completely erase my need for BP meds To kick this back pain from heavy breasts To help combat…

I'm down 3.2 for the week! I'm super satisfied with that. My water intake was spot on all days except yesterday. Since I'm pretty out of shape, I'm easing into exercise this week, starting today (managed a 15 min walk before my back begged me to stop). Will do the same each day this week then up my time for next week. I'm…

To help a bit, I froze the first 4 columns (the headers) to make scrolling and adding info easier for folks. Great work on the spreadsheet!

I started my first 30 days on March 3rd (today is my first rest day - day 7). The Firm 30 first time did a number on my legs with the squats but my fitness level isn't really that high currently, which is why I'm pushing through it. I'm using it for weight loss and getting started on strength training. I will be ramping up…

Ahh ok. I might add something on Sundays. I felt kinda guilty for not working out today. After the first day (Burn 30) I walked on the treadmill for 45 minutes at the gym while my daughter was in swim practice. I was going to do the same after Firm 30 but like I said... the squats killed me! I was coming from being pretty…

Awesome! Keep it up!

It's my "rest day", but I got off the couch and am in the process of doing semi-spring cleaning. Kitchen is almost done, about to mop.
-
Feel free to add me. I need to lose 100ish. ^_^

I had problems having enough energy to get active ... until I got active. I work out in the mornings now for 30min - 1hr depending on the day, and it really helps keep my energy up throughout the day. So do like people above have said and find something that is fun and interests you (for me it's a variety of Leslie Sansone…

Check this out. You're most likely retaining water and/or gaining muscle. http://www.sparkpeople.com/blog/blog.asp?post=why_the_scale_goes_up_when_you_start_a_new_workout_plan

Keep it up :)

Welcome back! Feel free to add me, but fair warning - I aim to misbehave! ^_^

I have a Flex. I was going to get a Force but heard bad things + I like being able to switch bands.
