I'm 5 9. I have very small bones. For most of my life I naturally stayed between 130-140. Six years ago I had a health problem that caused my weight to sky rocket in just a few month to 228. Agreed! I love food--I love cooking it, buying it, and eating it. I don't plan on giving it up. Don't feel guilty, I believe we are blessed with food.
