Low carb...because once you kick the carb addiction you can control your calorie intake a lot better. I have to make myself eat something. I don't have much of an appetite with the keto diet

I have lost 19 lbs in 1 month too so about 4.5 or so per week. My problem is just I have no appetite since kicking the carbs

I have this problem too...but it's almost like I can't sleep until I get a high carb feast in me. I hate it because it completely sabotages all my healthy efforts for the day. But when I am still batting my eyes at 2 am I give in and hit the fridge

From what I know this is correct. I lift as heavy as I can and strive to lift heavier . Women always say they want to "tone" up but really there's no such thing. You build muscle lifting heavy.
