it's normal if you're not getting in enough carbs

don't do cardio before lifting.

starve yourself and your body will go into starvation mode you'll gain more weight. why would you do something like this?

try carb cycling. i've lost 20 pounds in 35 days

raw peanuts are really good for you. like every thing, keep it in moderation; you don't have to take it out of your diet

make your own protein bars. other day i made protein icecream. greekyoghurt+chocolate protein+peanuts and berries

Cheese - have low fat cheese instead pasta - buy dr zaks protein pasta mayo -buy light mayo or use mustard instead sausage -- protein=gains. bread -buy protein bread pizza -eat cauliflower pizza instead ben and jerrys - make your own protein ice cream pancakes -make protein pancakes muffins - protein muffins

they're really good to dip in to hummus :)

also if you feel hungry and looking for a snack eat carrots, they're low in calories and very filling :)

i try to keep fruit juices to a minimum :)

5-6 eggs with vegetables or oats with fruits/frozen berries
