fitting into clothes that you have left in the closet in hope of wearing again is one of the best accomplishments I believe. because how many times, has someone told you to throw it away, its just not going to happen.

pedometers are not very accurate, because it calculates steps, and doesnt actually no the difference in stride lengths. My wife and I both wore them on a run one day and we did the same run, and she finished with 3.45 miles, and I was only at 2.91 miles.

I only feed Nutro All natural food to my dog, he eats better than we do. we just like that everything is in it natural for him, he likes it, and we have noticed a big difference in how much less he poops now that we use a good food over a grocery store brand

Yes this happens from me from time to time. I have been applying my deoderant on my chest as well as under my arms and it has seemed to help a little bit.

you need to get up and move 5 days a week minimum, if your really trying to drop the scale. Also you need to keep good track of your input calories as well. This system works you just gotta want it.

Take measurements, and notive the difference in how your clothes fit. becuase I was once told, no matter how much weight you lose..... The reflection in the mirror never changes. yeah if your just jogging then you should be fine, if you notice any discomfort, give yourself a rest day in between runs. You should have alteast 1 rest day a week, for everything rest properly.

redo the week 1 or maybe take the whole week off, its not worth pushing for hte injuries your talking about. Plus shin splints can start, and they all will set you back months, not weeks!

Shoes are very important for running. You really need a shoe that offers the CORRECT support for your foot and style of running. bad shoes/not correct shoes can lead to bad feet problems, back problems, knee problems.

i dont believe high heels have anything to do with weight. I dont think you will find to many women regaurdless of size that says heels are comfortable. They just make you look good, and your legs look great. and us boys will drool
