Yes. your body will shut down at this low intake. you should NEVER take in anything less than 1200

i reccomend only once a week and try to do it at the same time. getting on more often then that is discouraging, because of how much your weight flucutates throughout the week, based on your water intake.

rest days are good when ur first strating as not to injure aanything. when you start running, and your legs arent use to it, it can lead to shin splints, and they Are VERY painful and will stop you dead in your tracks

jillian Michaels 30 day shred, is a dvd at walmart for 10 bux. takes 22 minutes a day, you do it on ur tv and need a very small amount of space. people love it!!!!!!

If your trying to burn fat, then your working out WAY to hard. for you to be in the fat burning zone you should be at like 135-160 max.

a good key to shedding the water weight, is to keep low sodium. try to shoot for no more than 2400 mg a day of sodium. the sodium try to cling and hold onto that water.
