This summer i went on tour with a drum corps, which is kinda like a marching band. Haha that was physical activity 14 hours outside a day. we ran before breakfast every morning, and it was A LOT, haha. Now i am just running, walking everything, eating a really low calorie diet, spending at least 3 hours a night in the gym..
