I know what it feel, todays was a bad day too and the only think what I was thinking was arrive soon to my home and stay with my dog ... I need her hug and kisses But hey!! cheer you and me..we don't go to the food to feel better!!!

Maybe you lose weight and you concentrate about it and eat healthy, counts your calories, but them, when you obtein the weight you want you don't care about what your eat. It's only a assumption

Maybe your jeans not fit well in the past. I don't know if that is you case, but some people buy clothes that it doesn't fit well (sometimes in small size).

uff I have the same problem, I lost almost 10kg (20lb) when I began with MFP and then puuf!! I gained that kilos again!! Now I try to focus to lose it. why is my motivation? simple, if I get the goal in the past...I can get it now!

I eat a homemade oatmeal bar with almond and walnut and I drink Soy Milk Ades!

uff I ate almost 1700 calories a day and for me it's easy XD I eat a lot of homemade Cereal bar (with oatmeal, almond and walnut)
