Water retention!!!!! If I eat anything with lots of salt( popcorn with seasoning, Vietnamese, ext.) I will literally be up 6 lbs and it takes I few days to get rid of it. I have to eat a lot if grapefruit and drink lemon water.

You can add me as well, I am 27 and doing this alone my husband does not support me at all. He works away 3 weeks and is home for 2 weeks and when he is home he gets mad if we go eat at a restaurant and want to order a salad, it is so frustrating I definitely feel alone and am so happy I found MFP

I am 5'2 and my starting weight was 157 I am now stck at 140 my exercise is great it's just my eating that is way off track. I am really hoping MFP will help me get my eating back on track and these forums help me become more disiplined and accountable!
