Right there with you!! Ugh...but, I am still doing all the exercise and food tracking!! I know that I am getting healthier, even if my scale doesn't tell me I've lost any weight!

Whew, my legs are sore...I did my sit up, squat and push up challenge day yesterday plus did my 10 K training day....now today I'm supposed to run 3 miles...I am sore!! But even if I have to walk most of the 3 miles, I am going to keep at the program.

ugh...I went up .6 lb...this week!!???? I added push ups, sit ups and squat challenges, and also did 5 days of the 10K training program...plus I really watched what I ate and logged EVERYTHING...was even under my calorie count a couple days...NOT happy with the results...BUT I will keep at it! Just wanted to say thanks for posting this...I decided to go with all three challenges too, because of reading your post! I did my first day with all three today. I'm going tobe sore tomorrow, but I can't wait to see where I am in 4-5 weeks!

Welcome!! I just started this last week, and it is really easy to log on and see where you are for the day as far as calories. And people are really friendly and encouraging. glad you are on this journey...there's a lot of us out there!

Yes, great job on all the little things you've done!! As for me, I actually started the 10K training on Monday, and have also taken up the challenge of getting to 200 sit-ups, 200 squats, 100 push ups...this is just week 1, but I am committed.

Wow...I can't wait to be at the 200 mark I am starting the push-ups and squats today. I read yesterday that some of you are doing all three challenges, so I decided to jump on that too. since deciding to do this challenge I have added to my exercise plan, the 200 sit-up challenge, the 100 push-ups, and the 200 squats. I hope that will help me lose more weight. I completed my 5k training program and started my 10 K yesterday. Here's hoping for good results come Friday for my weigh in.

Great job on having smaller realistic goals!! Some people go into this with the "Biggest Loser" idea...losing 5-10 lbs a week...uh, that's really hard to do, and not really healthy...but losing it in incraments helps you keep it off!

Yeah, I know. It is so nice to be able to see the calories and know that if you just do another 30 minutes of jogging it will balance your calories out! so glad I found this site.

Just did day one of week 3! And did some strengthening/stretching for 25 minutes...I am following a 10 K training program...today was day 1 of that as well. It's an 8 week program. I am motivated!! I am GOING to lose those 8-10 lbs this month!!
