I'm 5ft 11 and when I joined MFP in May 2011 I weighed 357lbs, currently at 266lbs! I have never been slim in my life and have no idea what my ideal weight would be or what I would look like! I'm just setting 14lb goals at a time and I will stop when I look and feel healthy for my height and build!

I would suggest you ask yourself why you are weighing yourself daily, and at times several times a day?? This is not a healthy relationship with the scales and with sodium levels, gravity and other external events it doesn't give you a realistic picture of your progress!!
