I just log it in under Cardiovascular. I don't see how you could break down each exercise and put those in individually. I wear a HRM while I do all Jillian Michaels' videos and manually put in my calorie expenditure along with the time.

I am currently doing both. I totally abused the 0 points for fruit thing which is sabotaging my WW goals. I decided to try MFP to see my caloric intake. WOW. Umm...500 extra calories a day...just on fruit! No wonder! I like that I'm able to see my caloric intake daily. If WW were to track caloric intake again, I would…
