You will need to host the picture online, someplace like photobucket.com, create an account, upload you pics to their site, then copy the "IMG" tags and paste them into here. **Note: you will need to change [IMG][/IMG] at the front and end of the tag to lower case [img][/img]

I use Krypto locks, and have several and no complaints but I dont use the brackets. I usually drop them into my messenger bag/saddle bags, I have also used velco straps to attach it to the top tube/seat tube.

This is good info here^^^^^^^^^^ I would agree with the best road bike you can afford with helmet, tri bars, and shoes/pedals. Calories burned will vary depending on sex, age, weight, fitness level, etc. Your 1500 calories burned for 90 minutes is realistic, again depending on speed, age, weight, ect.
