  • i find if you make a concentrated effort to work the back of your thigh this helps put the work into the whole leg and not just the front of your thigh muscle. Maybe mix it up and do half on the stationery bike - this helps lengthen the leg muscle. lx
  • sounds to me like you need to be positive!! there's always time, whether thats in the zumba class or supermarket shopping. Be happy and positive in yourself and girls will instantly notice you. Stop searching and thinking of reasons why you cant do it and start knowing they're going to be attracted to happy confident…
  • i dont get home til 8 so by the time i've made my dinners its like 9! and i've never seen a difference because of that - its what you put in your mouth that counts, not the time. Its the average over 24hours that matters!! x
