I am starting today! Feel free to add me, too. My only concern is what I am going to eat for breakfast! I usually eat greek yogurt at work. Since I eat at work I feel kind of limited! Does anyone have any suggestions of something yummy that I can eat on the go?

Try not to stress about it! I just started the 30 Day Shred on April 1. By April 6 I had gained 6 pounds. Today I am down over 3 pounds. The body fluctuates... it could be a million things like too much salt, TOM, and so on. Keep going!

I love mine! I do use it in combination with an HRM while I am working out, though, as it's not very accurate for calorie burns during exercise. I also have the Aria scale. I like to track things because I am nerd and this just makes it fun and interesting! Stats and graphs and gadgets! YAY!

I agree that adding more calories is a little scary. I had been sticking to 1200 calories for a long time. I lost weight quickly when I first started out but it slowly plateaued. I have decided to slowly creep my caloric intake up towards TDEE -20%. For the last week I have been eating around 1400 calories and have lost 2…
