what's a good way to start? i want to start running twice a week but i'm not sure how long to go for or what speed to start with.

I started out with 90lbs to lose. 47 down, 43 to go. Its not easy, but its possible!

Yes you can and yes you will! I started out at 240lbs and i'm now 193. My goal is 150lbs :)
