  • for the past year or so i have been mostly practicing at home which has been great but sometimes i get too busy to pick myself up and practice. for some reason it's easier to get myself to go to a class. also, there's some interesting psychology research on the group exercise environment and how the natural competitiveness…
  • @0seattle one of the things i've found most important is really making sure to get in a substantial breakfast! i like to aim for a bowl of oats, fruit, nut butter and maybe some milk. smoothies are also so helpful because you can load it up with a top of nutrient and calorie dense foods. it's okay to not eat huge meals as…
  • for me, in the beginning stages of my recovery from anorexia it was necessary to throw out my scales and stop calorie counting. i know it's scary but you have to let the control go so you can make room for life. your body has been starved so it' completely normal to eat 4000 cals, i was doing that regularly in recovery.…

  • 19 years old, sophomore studying dietetics anyone can feel free to add or message me, my diary is open!
  • I began my vegetarian lifestyle as a search for a more compassionate lifestyle so I guess you could say that I am the animal lover. But now I couldn't imagine liking the taste of meat or eggs. And I care more for my body than to feed it with junk. All in all, it was a good decision to go vegetarian and now vegan
