Thanks!!! I really appreciate it! Yeah not a huge difference but hopefully headed in the right direction! I have a set of Powerblocks on my birthday list so hopefully once I get those, the muscle differences will be more noticeable!

Love this!! You look fantastic!

Feel free to add me! I log daily and am pretty active outside of the boards.

You look incredible!!! I'm a T25'er too! Hopefully I will be as successful as you at my 1 year mark!! How many rounds of T25 are you at? I"m just finishing up my 2nd (with Gamma). I haven't found anything else I like more yet but I'm afraid I may bore of it soon :(

I'm 5'6" and 148 - I am eating about 1350 during the week and not eating back my exercise calories. Over the weekend, I tend to go up to 1700 and eat back my exercise calories. I'm losing at a good enough rate for me and definitely not feeling deprived :)

That's pretty much how I look at it too. I try to keep my weekly average at my goal and I've been losing consistently. here are days when I'm satisfied with less and days I want to splurge. Life happens...

I try to keep my net average below 1400. If I ate a 1000 calories, I'd probably faint.

Definitely eat more!! I'm currently at 149 and netting about 1400 calories per day and losing 1lb per week.

Try Dietbet! It is great at motivating you toward realistic small goals and over time the difference adds up. I've lost 24 lbs since I started it and 27 lbs overall. When I started (in September) I was overwhelmed at what I needed to lose too, but now here I am at the half way point and I couldn't be happier with my…

I had bought some basic items in stretchy materials to help get me through. I can still wear my size 8 pants because I bought them all in skinny leg and I just wear a belt and deal with the fact that my butt area is a little saggy lol. Also, some dresses in similar types of fabric that don't look so bad bigger. I would hit…

Amazing results!!!

I had my calories set to maintenance from 12/24 through 1/1 and it looked like I had gained 1 lb. As soon as I made myself more accountable on the 1st, it just fell right off. Maybe lower your goals for a few day, watch your sodium, drink water and see what happens....

More recent - September 8th vs. January 1st (my diet bet weigh ins) Totally hungover on the 1st lol

Love this! So true.

It's the first program I did from start to finish without losing interest. I'm actually half way through my 2nd round and will be starting Beta again this week. I think it's just really effective and can be done by anyone at any fitness level.

The number on the scale looks differently on different people. Even on the same people. I'm currently 5'6" and 153lbs. I am right now wearing a size 6/8 (US) but I'm very pear shaped and am looking to continue to lose fat and tone up my lower region. I've been working out pretty hard core during this journey. I lost weight…
