I tend to do best when I break it down to 10 lb increments. As in, I started in the 170's, then wanted to get to the 160's. Now I'm in the low 150's and my next goal is to hit the 140's. Makes each goal manageable and I get to feel success every time I hit one.

I 2nd the GNC Go Lean Shakes - the vanilla is awesome but seriously I only use them as a quick meal replacement when I'm running around. Normally I try to eat real foods because they just keep me fuller longer.

Thanks!!! I love doing T25 and hopefully will get Insanity Max 30 in the new year. As long as I get my workouts in during the morning, it's been pretty easy! I really don't feel deprived of anything.
