Yeah it did take a lot of determination to reach my goal. My brother passed away unexpectedly in January (right about the same time I reached my 1st goal) and so for about 3-4 months, I didn't care about much...myself included. So I had to really muster up some strength to keep going.

I walk at 4.0. It's definitely a fast walk and I am 5'7" I can imagine that if you are shorter it would be a jog.

My father in law the other day said, after not seeing me for a couple months, "When I see you now you look normal, you're face doesn't look as anorexic as it use to. Maybe I'm just getting use to it." Wow. Really?

I feel the same way. I am at my goal weight and I still log my food. It helps keep me accountable, I don't see a point in stopping any time soon. I'm ok with it.

I just switched to sugar free creamer. Instead of 35 calories in a tablespoon, there is 15.

After I lost all of my weight I went and got implants. But I never had boobs, so they didn't shrink. I am 6 days post op and I am in awe of these things :) I can't believe I lived 28 years without them. I can imagine your disappointment in losing them with your weight loss.

I do weights first, cardio second. Don't know if it really matters when it comes to fat burning though.
