Do you have access to a gym? Or where would you be working out? Do you have access to heavy weights?

I have done IF for years. I typically drink my cup of coffee first thing when I wake up but then I don't eat until lunch which is usually around 1-2pm. I workout in a fasted state before I eat lunch. I generally sleep from 10pm-8am so it's not hard for me to fast until lunch. I generally eat lunch, snack, dinner, snack and…

You're going to burn out before you even start to make it habit. Eat an omelette with meat and veggies inside and slice some avocado for the good fats, or make a veggie/meat egg scramble for breakfast. Then make a big salad for lunch with some protein and for dinner try to vary your meats (pork roast, pork chops, hamburger…

Korean beef over jasmine rice with steamed broccoli.

I would say that if you only have 40-50 pounds to lose then you can definitely do it without gastric bypass. There are a lot of risks involved with the aftermath of surgery and I feel that that is not enough weight to lose to have surgery. You can do it with help of a dietitian and possibly a trainer at a gym or just…

Starting weight 5'7" 232 lbs. I got down to 149 two years later but then I got comfy and settled in at 160 where I stayed for 5 years. Then I got pregnant and gained 50 pounds and I have just finally lost the last of my baby weight and I am a couple pounds from pre pregnancy weight again.

I just started taking some a few weeks ago and I take them on an empty stomach. The reason being that they are in an enteric coating so if you take them on an empty stomach, they will reach the intestines before the coating is gone and therefore the good bacteria makes it to where they're supposed to be to work best. If…

I'm a SAHM as well. My baby is 10 months old. I had a c-section and then 7 months later, back surgery. So I am finally feeling better from surgery and I just really want to lose my last 20 pounds of pregnancy weight. I want to feel comfortable in my clothes this summer. I want to feel sexy for my husband again. My reasons…

I'm pretty sure it comes down to genetics and how much elasticity you have in your skin. I have very poor elasticity and after I lost 85 pounds, I was left with a lot of saggy skin. Even though I lost weight slowly (over 2 years) and I lifted weight and had decent muscle mass and I drank a boat load of water, I still had a…

Wow! Kudos! You look amazing and strong!!!

Amlactin is what was recommended to me by my dermatologist. You can get a big bottle from Costco. I find that my KP has lessened over the years without using the Amlactin. Not sure if it was from losing weight or what. But I do know that Amlactin was recommended.

You are beyond inspirational!! I can relate to a number of the things you've learned since losing weight. Keep up the amazing work.

Consistency is the key!! Eat less and move more.

Most of my diabetic patients in the hospital get put on a 60-75g of carb per meal diet. I think that is a little on the high side, but they are all usually getting pre meal insulin. I would say about 50 grams a meal is a good number. If you are trying to lose weight, then I would cut it down a little more.

What's the medication?

I totally feel you. I have dealt with several rounds of injury to my hip/SI joint. Each time it makes me so depressed. I love to run but I have been told by 4 different docs (all different kinds) that I need to stop running because of my joints. So there were months where I wasn't able to much of anything for physical…

Wowza!! Kudos to you for all your hard work!! Your body is amazing!

Veggie stirfry is healthy, easy and inexpensive. Add chicken for some protein. It's a very versatile dish and you can make it for just two people or make extra for leftovers.

I add benefiber to my morning coffee, my protein shake and a glass or two of water. Seems to be the only way I get enough in my diet.

It depends on your genetics, how stretched out your skin has become and how fast you lost your weight. I was young when I lost all of my weight, but I had crappy elasticity and tons of stretch marks. So after I lost 85 pounds, my skin would not bounce back. I ended up getting a tummy tuck and I am so happy I did it. Good…

I lost 83 pounds over 2 years and even though I had never had kids and I am fairly young, genetics dealt me crappy elasticity so there was nothing that was going to tighten my skin. So I had a tummy tuck. Sometimes that's the only option. That, or learn to live with it.

I just ignore it. I mainly watch my total calories and carbs, I don't want to see red in those two areas. Best of luck!!

Um everything!! Those abs are insane!!

I can't see your face well in your "after" picture. But from what I can see, you are HOT! Don't be so judging of yourself. I'm sure no one else notices the things you are so unhappy with. I too was very self conscience when I was your age, but then you learn that none of that really matters. Best wishes!!

Not much to go off, but nice butt!!

Kudos!! Keep up the hard work!

I got injured and couldn't workout so I got depressed about it and gave up a lot of my control. I didn't go completely rouge but I did manage to gain about 15 pounds in a year. I'm back on track after a year off and I've already lost 10 of those 15. You can do it, you just have to want it bad enough.

Good attitude to have. The thing you have to remember is that this is a slow and long process. If you continue to do all the things you are doing then you'll get there eventually. Consistency is the key. Keep up the good work!
