  • 110 is nearly underweight for your height. You should start bulking NOW and get on proper weightlifting plan, NOT just doing your own thing. There is no need to do that much cardio. 15% is not healthy or sustainable for a woman. Again, bulk now. No need to reverse diet. Work up to a bulk over 2-3 weeks, that's it.…
