  • i have this exact dilemma all the time! my husband's metabolism is through the roof, and i'm always watching my calories. i've learned some tricks, but i'm sure you know them, too. i sneak extra cheese, nuts, seeds, olive oil, and breads and pasta onto his plate, while i always pass on those things for me. he always gets…
  • i never log it, because i assume it's built into the calories i need to survive based on my profile of sedentary, moderately active, etc. i also walk to and from work (it's a little under a mile each way) every day, but i only log it if i ate a lot and don't want to see that red number on my page! :)

  • thanks, everyone! it certainly looks like i'll be getting some PB2, after all the positive reviews.
  • i do the same thing, and then i get really upset at myself about it. it's comforting in a way to see that i'm not alone! what i tried this month was to "allow" myself--without ANY guilt--one big indulgence. for instance, yesterday, i ate ten cookies. and by allowing it, i didn't feel so guilty afterwards, and today i feel…
  • I just discovered The Firm Calorie Explosion, and it is insanely challenging! But it goes by really fast and it does burn a ton of calories. I did it today and even though I was doing all the modified moves, my heart rate monitor said I burned almost 750 calories in just under an hour. It's fabulous! I also really love…
