D2L1 DONE!!! A bit sore from yesterday but feeling good. I know this is only day 2 BUT how do you keep yourself motivated to keep going?? Almost stayed in bed this morning.

L1D1 Done!! I am shocked I didn't take any breaks my first run at this I would take at least 2 5 sec breaks. Hope everyone is doing well.

I would love to join in!! Tried once before and got to L2D2 but stopped so I am hoping that I can stick to it for30 days straight.

I would love to start the 30 DS tomorrow. I did it a couple of month ago but only went for 12 days. I am going to make all 30 this time around. LET"S DO IT!!!

Ok so I lost my mojo since Memorial day weekend. I need to get started again. Should I go back to Level 1 for a few day and then get back on Level 2 or should I just start back on level 2 were I left off?

I am sad to say that I fell off the wagon for a couple of days. BUT today I hopped back on. Hope I can keep this up.

I did D2L2 today. I don't want to do this anymore BUT I will not quit!! I have to push myself to do it evey morning and after it is done I am relieved and feel better. I didn't do it yesterday spent the day with the family. I am still on the fence about taking a day of each week.

Didn't do shred yesterday. But I did go to areobics. I am going to do shred today.

Going to do D1L2 later today my children are home from school today. I don't do any protien shakes or anything like that either I am also scared to do that kind of stuff. Have great day! :)

So I got up this morning dreeding having to do the 30DS and actually stopped at the push up part. Feeliing guilty about it all day. Went for a 2 mile walk and kept telling myself that was good enough for today. BUT I felt I had to do it. S0 while my family was sitting around eating popsicles and telling me to go faster :)…

Day 8 completed. Looked at level 2 last night and I am a bit scared of it. It looks hard.

Ok so I did day 5 last night and day 6 this morning. I'm still having trouble with the first cardio part. I have to stop at least twice I am hoping it gets better.

Didn't do yesterday because I went to the zoo with the kids and then my son had a baseball game till 9:30 last night. I do aerobics every Saturday moving so I am going to do day 5 tonight sometime. Really don't like that I am a day behind but it happens. Have a great day!!

I did 30DS this morning. The cardio kick my butt I had to stop twice for 5 seconds. Hope everyone has a great day.

I am starting tomorrow too. I just joined this site today hoping it may help with my weight loss. I am excited to start. I will let you know how I feel after the workout.
