I'm 5'6 and I'm 160 right now. Goal weight now is between 145-150...We will see. For my body frame getting down below 140 wouldn't look right on me..and plus I love my curves :)

Completed W2 D2 this morning..I'm really liking that I can actually run for once!! But, tonight I have not felt good at all..my whole body just hurts and my feet are really giving me hard time. Just completed w2 d1 and it was awesome!! I must of caught a second wind or something because on my last run I increased my speed and just wanted to keep going. I went to see my doctor today and he was very pleased with the fact that my foot is holding up to this. Very happy!

I'm a little behind on my posting...did W1 D2 yesterday and it was great..I wan't sore during any of the running at all and I increased my speed towards the end and it felt great. I'm not sore today at all in fact I even did Zumba for the first time today and it was awesome. W1 D3 will be tomorrow for me..I saw someone…

Just completed my first workout!! It was awesome!! I can already feel my ankles not liking me but I expected that..you get used to it after so many surgeries on them but I really feel awesome!!

I didn't get a chance to start yesterday..my boyfriend leaves this morning to go out of the country so spending time with him yesterday was more important. I'm going as soon as I drop him off at the airport..I figured it make help me feel better..work outs always do!! Have a great day everyone!! I love this group so much…

I need some help..I'm trying to download a podcast for my ipod and none of the ones I'm finding will go into my itunes library. All the ones I have found that are already on itunes aren't for beginners.. does anyone have any suggestions that you know will go into itunes for an ipod? Thanks!
