  • I also work away and do insanity in my hotel room. Its noy ideal with the jumping around but it doesnt require equipment and gets you sweating like no other! You can definitely feel the difference and even if you have to stop now and again, you can feel yourself getting stronger which is always a bonus. Good luck!
