Thanks to everyone for the encouragement! I seem to be averaging about a loss of 4 lbs per week and the strange thing is that I'm eating what I'm supposed to (I promise I am). I do however eat less carbs than what the site reccommends and that seems to be helping a lot. Keep up the good work everyone!

Hi everyone. I lost 5 lbs my first week and feel confident that the weight loss will continue but maybe not at 5 lbs a week, but that would be nice! I've tried all kinds of diets but this time I'm just eating heathy and watching my portions. Seems to be working so far!
