I didnt quite met my goal for 2011 i wanted to lose 50lbs by Jan 3rd 2012 and i have only lost 42lbs. Maybe i could lose i few more by then but i dont think i will lose 8lbs in 2 weeks......my weight loss is slow going! My goal for 2012 is to get to 170lb by October that is 53 more lbs to go!!! I hope i can do it!!!

I use crystal light packets. and they only have 5 calories per packet and no sodium! I love em! I drink about 12 cups of water a day!!!

Walking is a great way to get calories burned! I too lost 40lbs walking an hour 3 days a week!!! I know my badge says 22lbs lost...thats just since i joined MFP...i have lost 40lbs throughout my entire weight loss journey.

I feel i am the same way. I strict with logging and staying within my calorie goal during the week and then the weekend comes and i feel i can eat whatever as long as i get back on track on Monday! Sadly that has caught up with me and I am spiraling out of control..i cant seem to get a hold of eating right again!!! AHHHHH!…
