They all sound great, I am from the UK though and not sure you can get any of that stuff over here. I will look into it/similar alternatives though. Thanks.

I've lost almost 100lbs and eat my main meal of the day at anywhere between 11pm - 1am (and go to bed around 2am), so makes no odds imho
-
Not for me :( Couldn't walk in heels at 220lbs and still can't at 130lbs. I can sure walk in flats for a lot longer than I could for, a shopping trip was agony after an hour before whereas now I can go all day :)

Breakfast - 100 cals Snack - 100 cals Dinner - 300 - 400 cals Snack - 100 - 200 cals Tea - 400 - 600 cals Making for a total of 1200 - 1400 a day depending on how many calories I burn, I eat back 'some' exercise calories but not all.

5ft Start weight - 220lbs Current weight - 130lbs I did manage to get down to 119 but I lost the plot a little the last 4 months and gained some back, but I will get there again...oh yes...

I have the same pre surgery belly as you and would LOVE to get rid of it and have a flat stomach for the first time in my life - but I just can't justify the expensise :( I'm so happy for you that you were able to get it done and have had such great results with it :):)

I have a cup of tea with everything I eat, all meals and snacks, it hasn't done me any harm.

Thanks. I already have a HRM, polar something or other, I have had it for around 3 years and they are definitely the best weigh loss tool out there :) More opinions welcome!

Just don't stress about the number - it's good to have numbers as goals but once you get to 11 just decide from there, do you feel happy and like the way you look, or would you like to lose another 7lbs and then see how you feel etc.

Every one is different and there's really no way to spot reduce fat - you might be one of the lucky ones that comes out of it with a lovely flat belly or you may be one of the unlucky ones who despite doing every thing 'right' is still left with a lot of 'bluergh' on your stomach. There's only one way to find out...

So true - I have said it before. They are all wided eyed and excited and demanding to know how you did it and when you tell them (over a long period of time, watching what I eat and working out daily) you physically see them slump a little and lose interest again lol

Nothing. There's no law that says you have to - break the habit, after you don't eat at the cinema a few times you probably won't miss it at all.

If it wants to come off of your boobs, it will sadly. Mine are practically non existant now, grr.

Over a year and still counting lol

Hate breakfast - always have always will. Due to the constant 'nagging' that it's the most important meal of the day I do now have a little breakfast every day, but only around 100 calories worth. It just doesn't make sense to me to have more because I am not hungry, I don't enjoy it and actually the idea makes me a bit…

Calories. I don't pay much attention to any thing else which is pretty bad of me, I know. But 9 days out of 10 according to my diary on here I don't go over on any thing else any way and I've lost close to 100lbs so why worry about changing what isn't broken? lol

Love Turbofire and I usually hate work out DVDs and American hosts (being from the UK, it's just too peppy and 'you go girlllll' for me) but love Chalene. Been doing it (and variations of it) for almost a year now :)

I go through my list once in a while and remove any one who has not logged in for more than 2 weeks whos name I don't really recognise (aka we obviously didn't interact too much any way). If it's someone I recognise I will go to their profile and see if there's any obvious reason they have not logged in and maybe give them…
