I have a John Deere riding mower and was surprised to find you burn calories even on the riding mower,:laugh: :laugh: So If I mow for an hour and burn 240 calories I don't log it but I balance it with a cold beer that I place in the cup holder that is on the fender.....

Well today is only the first day of the week..... lets see, woke up at 9 am paid my bills, then went to work for a 12 hour shift. I did get someone on a hunger strike to drink an ensure, I'm happy, but not proud...hmmm hopefully something will come this week! I have high hopes! :-)

We already have that law in Massachusetts. It doesn't really change the driving except if you hit a bike rider you are screwed! If you are a morning person then before breakfast! If you are an evening person like me then 12 am after work is great! haha If I work out before I eat breakfast though (that would be about 10 am) I usually have a protien shake with me and a pre-workout drink.
