I usually go on MFP at work so I have to log off often and come back later. Is there any way to follow a discussion? sometimes I comment then when I get back the thread is lost! is there a place that shows what you commented on? sorry in advance if this is a dumb question !

Milk, Dairy Products?
I am new to this group but have read some online articles about the dangers of homogenized milk and dairy products. I used to eat tons of yogurt! :neutral: Any comments or insight?
