thankyou everyone, 24lbs has made so much difference i feel amazing to be honest have loads of energy and i am proud of what i have acheived i am not quite there yet, but my goal is in sight :-) its nice as this is not a diet for me it is my new healthy lifestyle :-) x

i weigh once a week as weight can fluctuate daily but i do have a sneaky look on the bathroom scales sometimes ha ha

i am on my last few pounds and they are just not shifting im finding it really frustrating infact i have about 9 lbs to go good luck xx

hey, i get real bad water retention and the best way to sort it for me is flush my body through with more water hope this helps

i dont eat back my exercise calories, i see it as a BONUS, also as above i have taken alcohol pretty much out of my diet altogether as this is what puts the weight on most. that said when i lost a stone i stopped losing for a FEW weeks and couldnt understand why, as i was really strict, so i changed a few things around…

i have had exactly the same in the past week, i think it may be where i have fallen under my calorie allowance daily

considering i am 3 months in to diet some weeks i am still losing 6lbs per week, i am working out maybe 40 mins twice a week walk quite alot i only have 3 lbs to go and need to increase calories and hopefully maintain just in time. i am not to worried if i go beyond my target just dont want to go to far

i do it seems to keep me on track and like you say just adjust accordingly
