  • I usually track my walk away the pounds dvd workouts as 'aerobics: low impact' and take a few minutes off of the workout time to account for the warm up and cool down. I feel it is pretty accurate when you take into account the arm movements and side steps, kicks, etc. and it's been working for me. :)
