This is all connected with the calories per gram of the macro nutrient. 1g Fat = 9 cal 1g Protien = 4 cal. 1g Carb = 4 cal. Therefore the macro split for 2700 cals is as below. Well, its just a fitness DVD, so you can get it in the UK...amazon sell it I think. There is also one called insanity which is what I'm going in for....not sure if there are any UK specific ones....I guess a damn good workout routine is a damn good routine no matter where it comes from.
