hellooo, If you mean about your tummy bloating and looking pregnant sometimes, I totally get that, I'm pretty sure that's to do with bad digestion etc sensitive to some foods. Something that I have found which helps is to take a probiotic + yakult and that really helped me bloat less :)

Personally I'm on 60% carbs and I feel great + losing weight, also easier to get lots of fiber in xD Just do what makes you feel good, may take some experimenting

I weigh most things unless I'm going to eat the whole container of something in one sitting or day( eg. a small tub of cottage cheese) , or if it's separated into servings, then I just go by what the nutrition says for each serving (eg. sachets of porridge) . Also I know this is gross, but it's common to get less frequent bowel movement when you're on low carb due to a possible low fibre intake, so you could just be backed up ^.

I cba to read what everyone else wrote so I'm just going to reply to the question xD Most soup is under 200 cals, so I'd have a nice bowl of soup with some cherry tomatoes thrown in, bit of cayenne chilli pepper to spice things up (spicy things keep me full) and drink some hot tea :)

Ok this is just what helps ME stick to 1200 calories Basically I set my fat percentage quite low (20%) which basically means that I'm getting a larger volume of food from vegetables and high fiber foods, lowering the fat makes me aware of not splurging on ice cream all the time - and I feel more full.
