If it's only on sundays then I say don't worry about it and just eat whatever you want :)

well I never really do intentional exercise plans (too boring for me) but if I have the option to bus or walk, I'll always pick the walking option, and just wear headphones for music so it's more fun ^_^

Foods that have put many pounds on me in the past : Pasta w/ cheese Biscuits! Pizza Buttered toast or crumpets ^_^ Ice cream ok not exactly healthy... Olive oil is also good ;)

I remember eating 6 buttered jacket potatoes in a row and thinking 'If I become skinny one day after indulging this much, then there is a god' XD Don't know why that thought has stuck with me. I've eaten way worse than that though :p

I remember when I was very big, I bought a pair of shorts but was clearly disillusioned because they were 2 sizes too small :p then after a few months of dieting, I remember being shocked that they fit, and now they're way too big ^^

Whatever makes you feel best, I eat twice a day because it's easier just to eat a big breakfast and forget about food until dinner time, I make sure I eat enough calories though to keep me satisfied :) + I've lost a ton of weight and am very slim now

Well I'm british and I associate cute things like cupcakes and scones with tea, whilst biscuits tend to go better with coffee :)

I eat 2 decent meals a day, I prefer to just eat until I'm satisfied at breakfast and that keeps me full enough to not need lunch- I'm a healthy weight

I stopped counting in the new year, much happier and haven't gained any weight :) give yourself some credit, this calorie counting really has taught me some lessons I won't forget... like eat all the veggies you want ;D

Quaker oats do 100 calorie plain oatmeal packets :) I usually flavour them with cinnamon + cocoa powder

Well I had to start cooking when I got serious about losing weight, but I've ALWAYS been a ..lazy cook?
