Well I'm not going to restrict myself per say, but I do like to practice healthy learned habits during these times. For example choosing to have more turkey and veggies; a smaller portion of chocolate cake etc. instead of an excessive amount of everything like I used to ;)

Maybe try going a few days completely without any sugar, I've heard that going cold turkey can sometimes reduce cravings for sugar altogether :) Sweeteners are also an option to save calories

Good luck :) I find that I'm also very sensitive to sugar and feel like my appetite is sooooooo much easier to control without added sugar, cravings seem to go away too ^_^

Wow people are so adamant that their way is the best way. Maybe it is. But she wants reduced sugar, from what I can tell, reduced added sugar. Personally an apple does fill me up more than a few teaspoons of sugar, so I'd find it healthier because it helps to reduce overall caloric intake. I feel like everyone know this,…
