I love dips! thank goodness they only come around once a year for me!! would preferred mashed tatoes, but we never had a sit down meal this year. I think I would have fared better with that.

to me it's obvious that video games are coming before you and your son. My MFP friends that have done this and completed averaged about 5-6lbs. Which doesn't seem like much, BUT one went down 2 pants sizes and everyone else lost a lot of inches. So I am only going to weigh myself once a week and not worry about it. I have a pair of jeans that is my overall goal. AND ALL of those MFP friends…

I have a few friends on MFP that have done the 30 day shred and the results are amazing even after 2 weeks! They all were angry with the scale, but they lost lots of inches! I am going to check out this challenge. Who is with me?

since she doesn't want to be in public, maybe you could do some simple exercises with her at her home or yours. netflix has the 10 min Solution videos. Or have a meal with her everyday or so to show her what you eat. She might become motivated.
